The SCCA Foundation is the charitable arm of the Sports Car Club of America. Donations support the Foundation's programs: saving the lives of teen drivers, preserving the history of American Motorsport, encouraging future automotive passion, veterans in motorsports and women on track! The SCCA Archives contains the history of American motorsports as represented in the official records of the SCCA since its founding in 1944. With funding by the SCCA Foundation, the SCCA Archives have been relocated to the International Motor Racing Research Center in Watkins Glen, NY. Your donation enables ongoing preservation work and cataloging so these important records are available to future generations.

The Howard Duncan ProSolo Greenlight Fund was established to honor the significant contribution by Howard Duncan to the SCCA autocross community and particularly in the stewardship of the ProSolo program. This Fund encourages SCCA members to try the ProSolo format of autocross competition by offsetting the entry fee for the first ProSolo event attended by the member. Members are nominated and funds are granted for each event based on available funding for the year.

The SCCA Foundation Region Development Grant program provides funding to be distributed to SCCA regions for the purposes of helping the Region recover from a catastrophic loss (for example, flooding that ruins all the timing equipment) or offsetting costs of pilot events for programs the Region is trying to launch (for example, a region that cannot otherwise afford to start a RallyCross program without help with the site rental costs). Regions can apply for funding to supplement what they've been able to raise on their own to address the hardship.

The SCCA Foundation provides financial and operational support for the TireRack Street Survival program. The TireRack Street Survival school is a safe teen driving program designed to go beyond today’s required driver education. Each $20.00 donation provides another teen with the driving tools and hands-on experience to become a safer, smarter driver.

More than 2.8 million American men and women have served in our armed forces since 9/11. For many of them the battle against depression and PTSD ends in suicide. The SCCA Foundation supports opportunities for veterans to participate in motorsports as part of their recovery. For example, VETMotorsports.com is an award-winning, non-clinical outreach program that honors and empowers injured warfighters through active participation in motorsports including SCCA autocross and road racing events.

The SCCA Foundation funds scholarships through the Wendi Allen Scholarship Fund to facilitate increased participation by women in the Solo program and Regional leadership positions with financial support and mentorships from other women drivers and leaders.
